**Job Description:**
Global Payments Solutions (GPS) turns technological advances into treasury solutions. GPS offer a smarter, more sophisticated treasury relationship that redefines insights, delivers efficiency and helps our clients stay ahead. The GPS Governance, Reporting and Escalation Team plans, oversees and executes key GPS management routines including the global control forum, and GPS risk and control deliverables for multiple risk committees including Global Banking Risk Committee, Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms Risk Committee, Management Risk Committee and Board-level Enterprise Risk Committee. In this capacity, the candidate will partner closely with representatives from GPS along with numerous support partners including Global Operations, Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Finance. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to support governance deliverables. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the creation, coordination and execution of best in class materials for GPS management routines and relevant risk committees
+ Provide thoughtful, value add feedback to improve and ensure content is appropriate for an executive / board-level audience across a broad range of topics
+ Monitor and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the business, identifying trends and potential areas of concern
+ Coordinate the collection of go to green plans and updates for any non-performing KRIs
+ Coordinate with key stakeholders for logistics and management routines and risk committee meeting preparation
+ Partner with key business and risk stakeholders to ensure timely updates across routines
+ Support the continuous improvement of the governance routines, templates, dashboards and other supporting documentation

**Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified**
+ 1+ year's of Treasury Management/Banking/Audit/Risk Management experience or successful completion of Treasury Training Program
+ Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally and to feel comfortable delivering insights and recommendations to senior management
+ Intense attention to accuracy, detail, and consistency
+ Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad-hoc requests
+ Ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across global and cross-functional teams (e.g., Senior Business Controls Management, Line of Business Management, and control functions including Compliance, Audit, Technology, Operations, etc.)
+ Candidate will be a self-motivated, keen attention to detail, and a high energy level individual.
+ Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
