Gov Enrollment - Sr. Rep (AR)
You will be able to work from your home location _within the United States_ PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supports the enrollment and maintenance of healthcare providers and facilities in Medicare and Medicaid Programs. Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex issues within the assigned function(s). Applies acquired job skills in the performance of enrollment and maintenance responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Perform assigned responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures; meeting or exceeding goals within company-defined timelines. + Complete data entry operations in applicable systems; ensuring data accuracy and integrity. + Initiate, prepare and submit provider enrollment applications for Medicare and Medicaid Programs, including initial enrollment, revalidations, changes of information and voluntary/involuntary terminations. + Maintain and update provider records in PECOS and other CMS approved systems. + Monitor and ensure compliance with current CMS regulations, federal and state enrollment requirements and deadlines. + Track application status and follow up with CMS, Medicaid agencies or third-party contractors as needed to resolve enrollment issues or delays. + Liaise with internal departments to ensure consistent and accurate provider and facility data across systems. + Respond to inquiries regarding enrollment status or regulatory changes, providing clear, concise, and accurate information. + Stay current with federal and state regulatory updates impacting provider enrollment and communicate relevant changes. + Support audits and compliance reviews by supplying necessary enrolment documentation + Continuously evaluate and improve enrollment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. + Other duties as assigned.
