**Duration: 6 months contract** **Job Description:** + We are seeking a Systems Engineer to provide project support within our infrastructure engineering team. + This role will focus on alleviating capacity constraints for senior engineers by assisting with critical transition initiatives, including identifying and documenting connections to Microsoft Exchange and supporting migrations between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments. + This is primarily a support role with the opportunity to grow into broader engineering responsibilities should the position convert to full-time. **Responsibilities:** + Support senior engineering staff in documenting existing mail, calendar, and collaboration tool integrations. + Assist with migration activities across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Exchange platforms. + Monitor and support system performance, escalating issues as needed. + Provide end-user support and training on new collaboration tools and migrated platforms. + Contribute to system transition documentation and knowledge transfer materials. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption of platforms. **Experience:** + 5+ years of hands-on experience with both Google Workspace and Microsoft platforms (Microsoft 365, Exchange). + Proven background with migrations, integrations, and coexistence between Google and Microsoft ecosystems. + Experience supporting mail, calendar, and collaboration tool environments. + Ability to document technical processes, integrations, and system connections. + Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users on new tools. **Skills:** + Google Workspace/MS 365 Exchange + Migration/Integration + Enterprise-scale migration **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
