We are currently seeking a Google PI Advisor to join our team in Panama, Panamá (PA-8), Panama (PA).

Position Overview

NTT DATA North America is seeking a dynamic and strategic Alliance Operations Advisor to support our growing partnership with Google Cloud (GCP). This role is a backfill for a high-performing team member and is designed to expand beyond operational excellence into proactive business development. The Advisor will manage the end-to-end operational processes that support a $100M+ pipeline while also identifying and supporting new growth opportunities within the alliance.

As a key member of the Partner Investments team within Strategic Alliances, the Advisor will work closely with sales executives, alliance leaders, and partner stakeholders to ensure operational rigor, funding governance, and pipeline accuracy. In addition, the Advisor will play a critical role in shaping and executing joint go-to-market initiatives, surfacing new solution opportunities, and driving field engagement. This role requires a blend of analytical precision, process discipline, and entrepreneurial mindset.

 

Position Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Reconcile inbound partner opportunities against Salesforce pipeline and ensure accurate registration in the partner portalMonitor and update Salesforce fields, validate sales plays, and maintain data hygieneTrack and coordinate partner funding requests, WBS allocations, and financial reportingManage budget tracking, timecard approvals, and flow of fundsUse project management tools (e.g., Trello) to track and communicate key activitiesPrepare for and participate in pipeline review meetings and leadership updatesRespond to ad hoc requests and leadership inquiries with speed and accuracyContribute to professional development and team enablement initiatives

Business Development

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the GCP allianceCollaborate with sales and solution teams to align partner offerings with client needsSupport the development of joint go-to-market strategies and campaignsTrack and report on alliance-driven revenue and pipeline growthBuild relationships with partner stakeholders to stay informed on new programs and incentivesCoordinate with marketing and field teams to amplify alliance visibility and impactLeverage insights from operational data to inform strategic decisions and partner engagement

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in operational support and alliance management, with demonstrated experience in business development or sales enablement. Familiarity with Google Cloud or other hyperscaler ecosystems is highly desirable. The role requires a self-starter who can operate independently, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
