CGI US is seeking a dynamic, innovative, experienced GCP Alliance Manager

The Google Cloud Alliance Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding CGI’s strategic partnership with Google Cloud. This role involves driving joint go-to-market initiatives, fostering technical and business collaboration, and ensuring the partnership delivers measurable revenue growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate combines cloud expertise, strategic relationship management, and a customer-centric approach to position CGI as a leading Google Cloud partner.

This position can be located in the New York, NY, Hartford, CT, Plymouth Meeting, PA, New Brunswick, NJ, Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA or Lafayette, LA offices. This can be performed in a hybrid model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership Management

• Own the Google Cloud partnership for CGI in the US, including joint business planning, revenue targets, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Collaborate with Google Cloud Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and field teams to identify co-selling opportunities and secure funding (e.g., MAP, OLA, POC).
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Google Cloud and internal stakeholders to track progress, address challenges, and refine strategies.

2. Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development

• Drive pipeline generation through Google Cloud Marketplace listings, co-selling initiatives, and joint customer engagements.
• Partner with sales teams to convert Google Cloud-led opportunities into closed deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Google’s priorities.
• Identify and pursue new markets, verticals, and use cases for CGI’s solutions within the Google Cloud ecosystem.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with product teams to align roadmaps with Google Cloud services (e.g., BigQuery, AI/ML, Anthos) and achieve Google Cloud Partner Specializations.
• Partner with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events (e.g., Google Cloud Next, summits).
• Enable internal teams (sales, support, engineering) with Google Cloud training, certifications, and sales playbooks.

4. Operational Excellence

• Track KPIs: Google Cloud-driven revenue, pipeline growth, certification milestones, and partner program compliance.
• Manage Google Cloud Partner Advantage metrics, including opportunity registrations and deal tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Google Cloud partnership requirements (e.g., Partner Tier status, Marketplace listings).

5. Thought Leadership & Advocacy

• Position CGI as a leader in the Google Cloud ecosystem through joint whitepapers, case studies, and Google-sponsored events.
• Advocate for CGI within Google Cloud, securing executive sponsorship and inclusion in key initiatives (e.g., Immersion Days).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5+ years of hands-on experience with:

• Experience: 5+ years in alliance management, business development, or sales, with 3+ years focused on Google Cloud partnership.
• Technical Knowledge: understanding of Google Cloud services (e.g., GKE, BigQuery, Looker). Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.
• Business Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships (e.g., $10M+ Google Cloud-generated pipeline).
• Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management (C-suite to technical teams).
Proficiency in Google Cloud Partner Advantage Portal, CRM Strong communicator with ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Ability to identify key growth areas and develop new IT business aligned with the company's growth strategy and campaigns
Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams with varying levels of experience
Knowledge of Government contracting, current IT acquisition trends, and customer buying behaviors
Knowledge of competitors and the ability to model competitor behaviors in the market
Strong contract management, negotiation & influencing skills
Ability to present and communicate effectively at senior levels
Problem solving & decision-making
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Ability to travel as per business priorities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA a plus

Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) preferred

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,100.00 - $271,800.00.
