Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Golf Shop Associate. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a collaborative golf operations environment.

We are currently hiring, with anticipated start dates between mid-April and mid-May based on seasonal scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works closely with Golf Professionals to check in members and guests and address questions or concerns. Communicates regularly with staff to coordinate tee times, course flow, and pace-of-play solutions. Assists members and guests with merchandise purchases and golf-related services through clear, helpful communication. Engages with members to understand their needs and offers thoughtful recommendations. Shares observations and suggestions with Golf Professionals to improve service and operations. Contributes to the organization of the golf shop and stock room while coordinating needs with teammates. Assists with junior golf programs by communicating expectations and supporting positive experiences. Participates in discussions regarding shop presentation, inventory needs, and service improvements. Helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment. Communicates issues, opportunities, and feedback to supervisors in a timely manner. Performs additional duties as assigned to support team success.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height. Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed. Ability to work in varying temperatures. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive motions, including computer entry. Ability to safely operate a golf cart. Normal vision and hearing required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to discuss challenges and work collaboratively toward solutions.
