Candidates interested in joining us on this journey need to believe in the power of the individual and understand that regardless of the job, every position has meaning and is important to Miraval’s purpose. **The Golf Attendant will assist guests throughout their experience at The Wyndhurst Golf Club.** **Essential Functions:** **·** **Greet golfers courteously and provide a welcoming, professional atmosphere** **·** **Assist guests with check‑in, tee times, and general course information** **·** **Answer questions regarding course layout, rules, pace of play, and amenities** **·** **Address routine customer concerns and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed** **·** **Prepare, stage, clean, and sanitize golf carts before and after use** **·** **Ensure carts are fully charged and in safe working condition** **·** **Load and unload golf bags, clubs, and accessories onto carts** **·** **Inspect rental clubs and other equipment for cleanliness and damage** **·** **Monitor cart usage and enforce course and safety rules** **·** **Assist with practice range operations (ball collection, stocking, cleaning)** **·** **Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging areas, and bag drop** **·** **Observe course conditions and report hazards, damage, or safety concerns** Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
