Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Assay Laboratory Technician at our Gold Quarry Analytical Lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of ore samples, process samples, and exploration samples.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of ore samples, process samples, and exploration samplesThe technician will also be utilized in fire assay, wet laboratory, and operation of analytical instrumentationPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Six (6) months experience in an analytical laboratory preferredFamiliarity with chemicals and laboratory procedures preferredKnowledge of computer operation requiredExemplary safety and attendance record requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. without reasonable accommodations requiredAbility to work with minimal supervision and prioritize a heavy workload requiredAbility to communicate effectively with peers in a team environment requiredThe ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
