**Your role and responsibilities**
Provide Go to Market / Focal Leadership cybersecurity consulting services & business development leadership for DoD opportunities which require IBM Consulting Cybersecurity Services (CSS) Federal practice area support. This role will work closely with IBM's DoD account teams and focus on CSS business growth activities which include, solicitation review, deal Go No Go decision making, CSS security architecture and design solutioning, writing solicitation responses, developing price cases, conduct color team reviews, development and execution of an overall growth strategy, pipeline generation, creating client briefings, briefing prospective clients, nurture client relationships, create new business opportunities and awards targeted at growing the CSS portfolio of cybersecurity programs within the DOD account teams. Prefer that the candidate has DoD Cybersecurity experience, is a retired 04/05 that was previously enlisted in the cybersecurity Military Occupational Specialty career field.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Experience with successful execution of all phases of business capture effort, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
* DoD C5ISR operational experience
* Lead, plan, and communicate activities with capture team members to ensure efficient execution of capture efforts
* Experience leading & growing DoD account business within IT/Cyberspace/Cybersecurity
* Developing cybersecurity technical solutions based upon solicitation requirements
* Ability to write to solicitation and pre solicitation responses and able to create compelling technical solutions
* Actively contribute to all phases of color team reviews
* Has existing relationships with DoD cyber clients and decision makers, including IT and command / mission organizations
* Experience with developing and maintaining new internal & external business relationships with clients and partners
* Ability to provide & deliver cyber expertise & skills to fulfill & exceed requirements
* Must have secret or above security clearance on first day of employment
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· Retired DoD Officer that has experience in the DoD Cyber Commands or Major Subordinate Commands
· 5 + years of Cyber program management experience
· 3 + years of working with cloud managed services
· Cybersecurity Architecture experience
· Security + certification
· Project management experience
