Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Assisting Go-To-Market Managers Originals in managing the business success of the categories in East Europe by supporting the development and implementation of a robust category plan, withing the strategic framework set by Europe BU & following the Strategy execution plan.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM:
Support for GTM managers in their daily tasks. Support for a local category marketing plan (GTM plan) in line with strategic objectives for different product divisions.Collaboration & Process:
Act as a support / contact person for Sales Managers as well as cross-functional marketing teams for GTM related questions. Support the GTM team in developing the category plan and support handover to Sales. Support the efficient execution of sample order process.Commercial & Analytics:
Learn to build up a full marketplace attitude (all countries & channels Support the successful sell-in process. Work with available market data to help the team build dedicated product division plans. Perform marketplace analysis, benchmark, trend-forecast.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Consumer focus with product knowledge Good organizational talent Good presentation skills Analytical skills High interest in fashion, culture & sport
Requisite Education and Experience:
University student in the field of Business / Marketing Experience / previous internships in Sales / Marketing / Product management would be a plus Fluency in English spoken & written mandatory (Polish not required) IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Openness to work with hybrid teams (remote work)
