Job Description:
The Director of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with GNCS’s business objectives and market opportunities. This includes leading national sales initiatives to acquire new clients in the insurance, fleet, and leasing segments, while managing a high-performing sales team to ensure professional development, goal achievement, and performance metrics. The role involves identifying and responding to RFPs, creating compelling proposals, and leading contract negotiations.

Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategic projects focused on improving operations, sales delivery, call center performance.Build and manage operational excellence training process, systems and delivery.Facilitate training programs that increase organizational capability.Support strategic operating initiatives related facility projects and workforce planning across the Glass business. Develop and execute acquisition strategy designed to grow Glass business and improve integration activities with Regional leadership. In partnership with Glass leadership and HR assist with the development of annual goals and strategic priority setting efforts. Works closely with internal resources to improve reporting and analytic capability and develop presentation materials to translate metrics to tell the Glass storyTaking strategic direction from COO and Regional leadership identifies, escalates, and solves issues to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the Company. Partner with the Finance Director to review metrics to gauge performance of individuals, locations, regions and overall company.Elevate issues, partner with internal teams to solve problems that affect business performance.Serve as primary liaison with Corporate teams; escalate issues that may require broader improvements, solutions, and project managementQualifications
BS/BA or equivalent years of experience required10+ years of experience in progressively senior positions in Glass Operations 5 years of Training leadership experience, including 3 years of curriculum development Strong analytical and financial planning/modeling skills requiredAbility to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organizationExcellent computer skills including experience utilizing Workday and Omega for reporting and productivity analysis; strong knowledge of the Google platform and Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)Strong project management, planning and data analysis skillsWhat Glass America offers you:
