No of positions 1 Grade/Level G3L1 Position Description: ADP Global myView is the unique and single point of engagement for all our Multi Country Payroll (MCP) client users to access ADP's Global Payroll services in the future. One single point of entry - Each client user will log into the ADP Global myView Portal to access any ADP Product One user experience for all client users, no matter where they are located, or which payroll system is processing their location. Integration with other ADP products to provide a seamless user experience to our clients. Work in GMV Portal team as Portal Leader during US timezone, responsible for all HR, Payroll, Time ESS/MSS activities for GV and Celergo clients To be the single point of contact for Global Payroll business leaders from US region on any Portal deliverables Work in collaboration with IT Services, Celergo, WFM consultants, Application Support, Product teams for any cross functional issues to ensure clients receive highest levels of client service Work closely with Product teams to prioritize the existing bugs, enhancements. Understand the clients needs and implement our template solutions in accordance with requirement Maintain UpToDate knowledge on ADP GlobalView template and ensure the template is adhered Contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions. Willingness to stretch to beyond working hours as per need to deliver solutions. Adhere to defined timelines, SLAs create positive client experience. Preferred Qualification: 8 to 10 years of work experience with at least 3 years of extensive client interfacing skills and people management experience Good knowledge of Global myView product, Celergo Global Connect and exposure to Client Services environment. Knowledge and hands on experience on SAP HCM modules, Hands-on SAP Payroll experience and SQL queries is an added advantage Good understanding on User management process and its integrated systems for authentication layer Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills Very good problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to resolve issues and seek alternative solutions. Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals. Flexibility to quickly adapt with continuously changing environment.
