Job Purpose
Lead all retail business activities, drive brand growth, allocate resources, and set short- & long-term goals.
Focus on profitability, competitiveness, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing & product teams to differentiate retail products/services.
Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) including sales integration.
Recommend facility maintenance, remodeling & upgrades through annual budgets.
Oversee cleaning vendors; conduct weekly inspections.
Perform monthly property inspections.
Ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable store operations while safeguarding assets.
Plan inventory and manage new store openings from possession to go-live.
Develop strategies to reduce lead time for store openings.
Analyze reports, join management meetings, and ensure store targets are met.
Train staff on store priorities and execution.
Supervise daily activities and verify task accuracy.
Troubleshoot daily operational issues.
Handle performance appraisals, hiring, training, coaching, promotions & discipline.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication across all employee levels and external stakeholders.
Experienced senior leader with multinational exposure.
Minimum 5 years of P&L ownership or sales leadership in medium/large business.
Proven growth leadership in a technical environment.
Retail General Manager experience required.
MBA in Marketing from a reputable university.
12–15 years of relevant experience.
