GM - IT Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.

Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations including data centers, networks, servers, cloud platforms, end-user computing, and IT service management.

Drive and support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and post-go-live infrastructure stabilization, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with business leaders and C-level stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and optimize IT investments.

Establish and enforce cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls to protect enterprise systems, applications, and data.

Own and manage IT risk, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP).

Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, etc.) and lead internal/external audits and certifications.

Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews for infrastructure and managed service providers.

Drive digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, infrastructure modernization, and cost optimization.

Monitor emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to infrastructure scalability, security, and efficiency.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure Management (On-prem, Cloud, Hybrid environments)

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA infrastructure (implementation/migration/support)

In-depth knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, and risk management

Experience with ISO frameworks and audits (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301)

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage large-scale IT programs and budgets

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

10–15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role

Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
