**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Global Workplace Services (“GWS”) organization, which includes Real Estate and Facilities, Culinary and Security. The Program Manager will support strategic cross-functional programs affecting multiple teams within the organization and across the company.As a Program Manager, you will drive the successful execution of significant and high visibility programs on behalf of program executive sponsors. You will ensure assembly of the right cross-functional team, build alignment and support among key stakeholders, tailor the most appropriate project management framework, and lead the overall execution across all aspects of the program. You will join an agile, high-impact, and dynamic team.The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the various cross functional partners that make up a Workplace and/or Corporate Real Estate organization. They will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with regional partners on complex and often mission critical programs spanning many interdependent teams. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to drive impact within the Global Workplace Services organization.

Global Workplace Services Program Manager, Central Operations Responsibilities:
1. Lead strategic programs with large scale activities that span multiple teams and business partners
2. Lead program teams to ensure the successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs
3. Work closely with program executive sponsors to scope, execute and operationalize successful programs
4. Build alignment among key program stakeholders and escalate key decisions as required
5. Spot and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each program
6. Identify opportunities for efficiencies, alignment and process improvement
7. Assemble and mobilize teams to execute on program objectives
8. Represent the organization with company leadership
9. Continually refine best practices for cross-functional program management consistent with Meta
**Minimum Qualifications:**

10. 7+ years’ experience in a management consulting, or similar strategic program management role for a tech or business services company
11. Strong written/verbal communication skills, and prior experience presenting complex ideas to executive audiences
12. Effective communicator who can lead meetings, develop cross functional internal partnerships, build consensus, and adapt style to specific audiences or individuals
13. Experience in change management and/or operationalizing programs with operational teams
14. Experience working with international teams
15. Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders around a specific goal
16. Highly organized and responsive with a can-do attitude and positive upbeat demeanor
17. BA/BS degree

**Public Compensation:**
$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
