Global Web Experience Lead - Stockholm

What would you do as our Global Web Experience Lead

This role governs our  digital content operations and experience quality across our global websites and eCommerce platforms, from web pages to product detail content, by developing standards, templates, and best practices for local teams to follow.

You will acts as an enabler of SEO, AEO, and Digital Shelf Excellence, ensuring optimized product and content experiences across touchpoints, while supporting consistency, governance, and collaboration between local teams and Group platform owners.

You would also:  

Coordinate web initiatives with business units and Group, including support for new brand or business unit rollouts within AEM. Provide hands-on support with the AEM platform, including train and support for local content teams in localization, publishing, best practices, by utilising its capabilities (components, page types, etc.) to the fullest. Establish and maintain global guidelines for Digital Shelf Excellence within Adobe Commerce, including product page standards, SEO metadata, visual content templates, and localization principles. Support and enable local teams with frameworks, customer journey mapping, audits, and training to ensure high-performing product presentation and web experiences. Act as an ambassador for SEO and AEO, enabling technical and content-related best practices (e.g. structured data, crawlability, semantic markup, template usage) to improve findability and organic growth. Drive alignment on product content quality across markets in collaboration with local content teams, product development team, and other key stakeholders. Act as the “voice of the business” toward Group AEM team (bugs, prioritization). Ensure compliance with privacy, accessibility, and digital content standards.

 
The skills and experience you need   
We are looking for someone who:     

Has a marketing degree from University or Business school. Has several years of hands-on experience within digital marketing, content operations, or web publishing in a global B2B setting , as well as with enterprise CMS-platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) and an understanding of SEO and AEO best practices, including structured data, content markup, and findability. Is experienced in establishing and maintaining content quality standards across websites and ecommerce platforms. Has an understanding of ecommerce content principles such as product page optimization, attribute completeness, and digital merchandising best practices. Is proficient with visual tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent tools for light asset editing, mock-ups, or creation. Has an awareness of emerging tools and trends in AI-powered content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney). Has excellent English and Swedish communication skills, both written and verbal. Is able to communicate with various stakeholders at all levels.

 
Experience from FMCG, consultancy or a global function within a manufacturing company is considered an advantage.
