Overview We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst to join the Global Warranty Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our platform, implementation and integration projects from start to finish driving growth and profitability across our programs. This role is an important contributor to critical recurring business operations such as accurate reporting, analytics and processes as well as ad-hoc and long-term projects to benefit the scalability of the Global Warranty Services business. Reporting directly to the Sr Product Strategy & Operations Manager this individual will collaborate closely with account management, data and reconciliation teams, as well as cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Finance and IT. The role is directly responsible for implementing continuous improvement, building efficient workstreams, processes and procedures that ultimately enable the scalability of the Global Warranty Services business, ensuring growth goals are achieved, resulting in driving revenue and profit for AIG and our clients. How you will create an impact We strive to further streamline and create efficiencies within Global Accounts, while we continue to grow in all areas of the business. The role will be focused on two areas; transformation projects and new initiatives. + This role will learn our current processes in detail in order to support efforts to lead automation projects with the appropriate level of subject-matter expertise. Once automated, it provides a check-and-balance for implementation and on-going accuracy of reporting. + Actively work in Jira to ensure all tickets, stories and pre-requisites are moving forward in a timely manner and reflect the goal of the business. + Support all new product implementations. + Run projects related to our platforms and systems which are critical for long term success of the Global Accounts vision and support our customer needs and growth. + Provide timely updates on schedules to and from account management with internal cross-functional teams while managing internal milestones against client expectations. + Fully understand, document and internally communicate in a timely fashion all deliverables, project updates, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure we are delivering reporting and analysis with accuracy and data integrity. + Communicate with leadership any risks that exist for on-time delivery, gaps in a given process or other such situations arise and provide suggestions for solving. + Establish good working relationships with the Global Account Management team as well as our counterparts in other countries and departments at AIG (claims, IT, finance, etc.), posturing self as trusted source of knowledge on process and procedures. + Resident expert in reporting, data management and reporting workflows to support and enable continuous improvement for complete and accurate reporting needs. + Potential to be a people manager What you'll need to succeed + Experience with technical tools leveraged in operations, IT and project management, specifically: SQL, Excel, Jira & database experience. + Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer sciences, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in operations, bonus with experience in the Warranty space. + Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills. + Experience leading requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. + Experience driving strategic functional discussion with business stake holders and producing actionable plan for driving delivery. + Experience managing business specifications and an understanding of technical areas gained from completing assignments or overseeing others' work. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective operational plans. + Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a large-scale organization. + Bonus: Experience implementing automated data workflows and governance standards to improve data accuracy, streamline access and support advanced analytics across cross-functional teams.
