Global Treasury Analyst
Job Title: Global Treasury Analyst

Job Description

Global automotive manufacturer is seeking to hire a Global Treasury Analyst to support on a 6-month project which could extend and/or convert based on business needs.

This role focuses on supporting treasury operations, including bank account administration, process automation, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing banking and cash management activities while identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.

ResponsibilitiesSupport ongoing treasury operations, including bank account administration, KYC updates, and bank documentation.Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and treasury system enhancements.Ensure adherence to internal controls policies and SOX compliance requirements.Review all treasury processes and assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Administer bank accounts and portal users, ensuring proper authorizations and controls.Collaborate with accounting to assist with payments and account reconciliations.Facilitate issuance of Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee for global treasury operations.Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.Support liquidity management across entities and execute timely fund movements, wires, and FX transactions as required.Manage treasury SOX controls and support audit requests.Initiate and maintain comprehensive documentation of existing processes to support standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement.Provide support for treasury technology initiatives by defining and communicating treasury requirements to internal IT teams and external consultants.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in treasury or finance with a global company.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a technical field.Strong knowledge and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of banking portals, Bloomberg, Clearwater, SAP, and treasury management systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects and different deadlines independently.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in cash forecasting and analysis.Experience with banking and cash management systems.Work Environment

Work Schedule is Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Newark, CA and 2 days WFH.

The role requires familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software such as Excel, SAP, and Bloomberg. The position involves collaboration with accounting and IT teams to support treasury operations and technology initiatives. It is important to maintain a high standard of compliance and continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
