If you're ready to engage with the next era of technology and make a meaningful difference, we want to hear from you. **Your role and responsibilities** * Process employee expense reports and vendor payments in Concur and payment systems in line with procedures. * Execute timely and accurate payment disbursement, including bank transfers and employee reimbursements. * Investigate and resolve payment blocks, failed payments, reconciliation items, and process exceptions. * Perform daily/weekly/monthly payment reconciliation and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and traceable. * Communicate with employees and internal teams on payment status, process inquiries and others. **Required technical and professional expertise** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience working with Concur, or similar financial systems is highly preferred.relevant working experience in expense processing, accounts payable, payment, or financial shared service center. Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Good English and Japanese communication and writing skills; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong sense of customer service, process compliance, and risk awareness. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Concur Application Expertise: Exposure to managing and maintaining travel and expense management applications, such as Concur, to ensure efficient and effective use. • Transactional Data Analysis: Exposure to reviewing and analyzing transactional data for risk and compliance assessment purposes, identifying areas for improvement. • Global Tax Code Knowledge: Experience with country tax codes related to disbursement and payable functions, ensuring compliance with global travel and expense policies.
