We are looking for a Global Training Lead - for our JBS Lease Administration departmentWhat this job involves:
High Independence:
A very high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis. Act as the Global contact for knowledge management and Operations enablement programs. Core responsibilities will include building strong knowledge in the team, driving quality governance mechanism across all JBS Lease Administrations sites and strengthen relationship with the business and stakeholders and work closely with the Global business to contribute to the growth of JLL.

In this role, you will:
Act as a primary lead for Knowledge management and Operations enablement for Lease Admin Global delivery centresHead the Quality assurance programWork closely with the Operations team globally to understand Abstraction and Account Management requirementsDevelop training plansReview various delivery issues and perform root cause analysisCome up with recommended actionsDrive overall issue resolution at JBSWork with JBS Operations teams on the Health of accounts actionsShare learning across regions and teamsEnsure appropriate training/development opportunities are followed up onFacilitate new hire and refresher training (owner across JBS locations)Ensure client level accuracy action plan adherenceFacilitate half-yearly knowledge assessmentsOwn the LTO (License to Operate process)Drive completeness of Operations guides and Scope documents with Account Leads (Quarterly)Establish consistent onboarding practices and standard training manuals across all JBS sitesYou will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly dynamic/fast paced business environment while being a good leader/player. In this role, you will interact with the Global Lease Admin Business teams and Internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.

Partner with Pega and Leverton team on process improvements related to trainingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Operational Excellence teams and Technology teamDeploy RPA solutions and Workflow implementationsWork with business users, product owners and other stakeholdersCollaborate with other regional leads on risk management and standardizationSounds like you? Flawless expertise
Director level experience with at least 12+ years in Knowledge Management and Project ManagementPositioned at a Senior Director levelExperience with Lease Administration processes, Quality Assurance areas and Trainings preferredSix Sigma certifications and PMP certifications add valueDemonstrated experience in successful delivery of complex multidiscipline projectsExperience working across large cross-cultural teams and remotely with other centresAbility to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure appropriatelyImmaculate knowledge
Experience in driving multiple complex processes and business initiativesOutstanding talent in managing significant risksStrong skills in handling escalations and solving problemsImpeccable leadership
