In this key role, you'll help ensure compliance with global trade regulations, support business operations, and implement trade policies across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compliant, practical solutions that support our global mission. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about international trade and regulatory compliance, we’d love to have you on our team. **What you Will do:** + Responsible for all aspects of the site(s) global trade program and working with the business to understand applicable requirements. + A critical part of the role is global trade policy and procedure implementation which involves the flow down and implementation of procedures throughout the business. + Perform and document daily due diligence investigations for import or export transactions subject to GTS (ERP) holds due to licensing or Sanctioned Party Screening reasons. + Analyze business needs with respect to Global Trade requirements and develop compliant solutions across all phases of the business lifecycle. + Support daily Jurisdiction & Classification (JC) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification requests. + Daily support on internal customer inquiries received in the Export shared inbox. + Participate on a rotational AOG afterhours weekend support team. Person to be on call on weekends (every 4 weeks aprox.). + Support China Sourcing Directive process. Analyze ECCNs at the part number level against the final assembly to determine if Dual Use items are involved. The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
