This role will ensure that the technical team fully understands the business context and objectives, enabling them to implement solutions more accurately and efficiently. + **Team Execution:** support key areas of our organization, including execution of daily tasks, training, metrics, etc. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. + Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master of Science and/or MBA and not graduating before July 11th, 2026. + Preferred Majors: Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Biomedical, Chemical, Biochemical, Computer, Software, Systems, Electrical, Industrial), Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), or related fields. + Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. + Data Analysis and Process Automation with experience in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx, R, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc, is highly desirable. + Supply Chain Management / Global Trade Compliance. + Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required. + Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred. + Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results. + Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals. + Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired. + Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
