We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Process Lead with deep domain expertise in Aerospace and Defense to support the design, configuration, and deployment of Global Trade compliance processes in S4/HANA. This role is critical in ensuring the Collins global operations meet ITAR, EAR, OFAC and other export/import regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Role is dedicated to the oneRTX: Process & System Transformation (PST) Program reporting to Collins PST Global Trade Lead within the Collins Central GT Digital Technology Team. This is an individual contributor role.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Global Trade compliance processes, including safeguarding Tech Data, within S4/HANA environment.
+ Act as the subject matter expert for Global Trade processes including product classification, SPL & Embargo screening, legal controls, and customs management
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams including Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Plan to Sustain and Record to Report
+ Define Global Trade processes requirements and translate business needs into SAP functionality
+ Guide data migration, integration, and testing efforts related to GTS
+ Ensure compliance with Global Trade regulations and company policies
+ Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and post-go live support
+ Drive GT community engagement in S4/HANA Industry Standard adoption
+ Advise on safeguarding technical data in S4/HANA and related applications
+ Perform Global Trade Assessments of digital solutions tools
+ Drive GT processes standardization across the RTX GTS enterprise
+ Must be willing and able to travel 40% of the time (domestic & international)
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
+ U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
+ 5+ years prior experience US Export Regulations (ITAR/EAR) and Customs management
+ 3+ years experience with SAP GTS functionality, process design options and systems configuration

+ Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
+ Ability to work on cross functional teams and effectively communicate with our domestic and international sites
+ Prior experience in S4/HANA and GTS with product classification, SPL & Embargo screening, legal controls, and customs management
+ Experience with other non-U.S. export regulations
+ Aerospace & Defense industry experience
+ Experience in DT systems architecture design, systems and tool management, and daily DT support to the business
+ Experience in leadership, program/project management, and change management

**Remote:** Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
