We are looking for a Global Trade Advocacy Leader for a 6 months period (maternity cover)! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
This role has a Global scope and is responsible for driving Pernod Ricard’s global Trade Advocacy vision, strategy and roadmap to enrich, deepen and optimize our relationship with the hospitality community, with the ambition of building the #1 Hospitality Community with a Global presence, and over 500 000 members.
Working in close collaboration with brand companies, market companies, as well as various operational agencies, this role specializes in bringing all the right stakeholders together to form a clear vision of how Trade Advocacy programs are operated and delivering on growth and impact they bring within the business.
This role is interactive, hands on and creative. This role requires management of multiple stakeholders worldwide, as well as with your direct team in Paris so flexibility in working hours is required due to managing multiple time-zones and activation timings.
Your key responsibilities are:
Development and deployment of all areas of SIP including:
Develop & be the gatekeeper of the SIP Brand Identity multi-touchpoints and in all markets deploying SIP
Be the gatekeeper of the creative direction of an editorial program cross-touchpoints, that will deliver cut-through. Be on-point with trends, insights and topics.
Roll-out the SIP FY26 plan
SIP Supernova Global Competition roll-out in close collaboration with Pernod Ricard Japan: supporting participating markets in the optimal deployment of SIP Supernova locally, supporting BCos ensuring the right level of visibility for their brands throughout the program, planning and coordinating the event organisation in close collaboration with agencies, regular communication with all the stakeholders and collection of feedback about each stage of SIP Supernova program, overseeing the online & PR amplification around the program as well as the content production during the main Global event, delivering a robust post-program evaluation & recommendation for FY27.
Implementation and roll-out of the new SIP Digital Strategy on all SIP digital touchpoints (social media, paid media, e-CRM, PR) with a specific focus on the “MentorSIP” program, in close collaboration with the Digital Agency.
Bar Convent Berlin post-event evaluation and recommendation for FY27 Tradeshow activation. Share learnings & best practices with other markets to ensure adoption of the “Back of House” concept in Global Tradeshows.
SIP internship program roll-out in Athens & Barcelona, coordinating with the Digital Agency to produce relevant content and managing postproduction
Ensure the smooth integration of the Bar World of Tomorrow within the SIP Ecosystem including Visual identity harmonisation, internal communication, frequent catchups with the Responsible Hosting team to ensure the optimal presence of S&R topics within the SIP agenda
Drive BrandCos and Markets SIP onboarding with the objective of creating efficiencies
Develop and Manage collaboration with key Hospitality leaders – with a specific focus on the existing partnership with Danil Nevsky
Drive SIP internal communication and deliver relevant reportings within Pernod Ricard (Ex-Com, CODI, Trade Advocacy Teams)
Overseeing SIP Budget & invoices tracking
2. BrandCos & MarketCos Trade Advocacy coordination
Facilitate Global Trade Advocacy Community through quarterly SIP Watch publication, quarterly calls & Teams Community management
Drive the agenda of the SIP Collective, a Group of Trade Advocacy champions, appointed to build the Group Trade advocacy vision to support the Global Trade Advocacy initiatives, co-build SIP and drive the synergies and efficiencies between MCo’s and BCo’s
3. Team Management
Develop and manage the SIP intern and be a champion of their work

You have a minimum 6+ years combined marketing experience in agency and or client side with a strong understanding of trade advocacy, digital and experiential
You’re an expert project manager who has a passion for the hospitality industry.
You’re a strategic thinker with a structured approach, who can step back to see the bigger picture and understand the benefit of working transversally across teams and functions.
This job requires constant internal sell and upkeep so you’re comfortable presenting to all levels within the business, you know how to build a narrative to suit your audience no matter the size or rank.
You’re a hustler by nature – you get things done, know how to talk the talk of the industry and aren’t afraid of challenging ideas and thinking outside the box.
You are a Team Player and have previous experience with team management is preferential
Mastery in project management
Broad knowledge of hospitality landscape preferably on an international level
Proficient in Power Point, Keynote, Word and Excel
Fluent in English in speaking and writing
