The Global Talent Assessment Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of our EverGreen ambitions through the design, development and management of our global assessment portfolio, identifying winning talent and strengthening leadership effectiveness in line with our global Talent Management Strategy.
Your responsibilities would include:
implementing, deploying and managing the portfolio of assessment tools (e.g. Insights Discovery, 360 feedback, Management Team/Senior Manager Development Centres) to evaluate, develop and strengthen individual and team performance partnering with and managing vendors to ensure quality assurance of delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs, as well as partnering with internal stakeholders (Regional Talent Leads, OpCo Communities of Practice, Global People Business Partners) and external partners to ensure availability of an effective assessment portfolio and enable local deployment analysing and reporting on aggregate assessment results for 360 feedback, Senior Leader Development Centre and Insights Discovery, providing actionable insights to improve leadership and team effectiveness as well as talent development in general. Staying up to date with leading practices across assessment, engagement and talent development managing change and communication channels to deploy and embed assessment practices (communities of practice for the assessment portfolio, Teams groups, Workvivo, etc.) providing support, guidance and upskilling to OpCo Communities of Practice in the effective use of the assessment tools portfolio, enabling Regions and OpCos to identify the right talent and develop personal, leadership and team effectiveness.
You are a good match if you have:
university degree or the equivalent qualified by experience 5-7 years of experience within talent management and related people function areas prior experience in designing and managing assessment tools (e.g. Insights Discovery, 360, Hogan) experience in reporting and generating insights, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of industry trends fluent written and spoken English.
