We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our global TA team. This role (2- 4 years of experience) focuses on building and optimizing sourcing strategies for Sales roles worldwide, supporting TA improvement initiatives, delivering training, and contributing to a career site redesign. You’ll help evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels, promote recruiter adoption of best practices, and drive data-backed improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Build global sourcing strategies for Sales hiring and recruitment.

Become the expert on our sales channels and key success factors that can be incorporated into global campaigns.

Assess regions and groups that need more candidate flow and support candidate generation activities.

Analyze sourcing channel performance (LinkedIn, Indeed, others), and present actionable insights

Align career site and social media messaging by partnering with other stakeholders to develop messaging, content and videos to capture the essence of being a sales professional around the globe. 

Work in partnership with reporting and Recruiting leadership to make sure we are delivering Job descriptions and practices that are engaging to our candidates

Work with Talent Management and TA leadership to enhance the candidate experience for this population.

Support TA optimization projects focused on processes, tools, and training

Contribute to the career site redesign, audits, benchmarking, tracking implementation

Identify trends and opportunities to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and efficiency

Develop and deliver training materials to enhance recruiter and hiring manager effectiveness

Audit and maintain Workday ATS data for accuracy and reporting

Monday - Friday, standard business hours. Please note as this role has a global remit, flexibility will be required.

Onsite, hybrid or remote (US based) options available.

About You

2-4 years of experience in TA, Recruiting Operations, HR Analytics, or similar

Proficiency with an ATS (Workday strongly preferred)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)

Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Naturally curious with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have

Exposure to global recruiting or working with international teams

Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding

$55,000 - $70,000
