Global Supply Chain Management Sr. Manager
**Description** **Description** · Prepares and reviews/approves purchase order and subcontract award packages in support of Government and Commercial clients. · Ensures work performed within the GSCM department adheres to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other regulations determined by the customer and client. · Oversees a team of GSCM professionals in a growth-oriented, demanding environment; provides guidance and feedback to a team and ensure they are supervised to meet daily expectations from the business, and growth and development for the department. · Internal customer service interaction and primary contact within the GSCM department to work and coordinate with stakeholders and functional peers across the business. · Reviews data within CBREs systems to identify trends and opportunities for sourcing through Blanket Purchase, Master Service and other strategic Agreements · Continued development of Supply Management strategy by leveraging CBRE partners, legacy GDS suppliers and new suppliers/subcontractors to meet the needs of a growing business. Perform an initial security screen and continuous monitoring on all suppliers to mitigate risks within the supply chain. Identify ways to reduce problems, delays, risks associated with international and hazmat shipments. · Continued development of global freight forwarding strategy for high volume supply programs throughout the US and overseas, managing agreements that are compliant with US Flag, International Trade Compliance and other relevant regulations. · Ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented, ensuring budgets are adhered to while achieving high service standards. Regular financial performance assessments will guide strategy adjustments to maintain fiscal discipline. · Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and industry regulations. This position will monitor suppliers, implement strategies to manage supply chain risks and mitigate disruptions. Ensure all processes adhere to legal, environmental, and safety standards. Ensure purchasing adheres to existing policies including spending limitations and banned telecommunications equipment (889 List).
