Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our team in Reynosa or Queretaro, Mexico as a Global Supply Chain Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Global Supply within the Fluid Conveyance division, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the Specialty business unit. In this role, you will ensure that our supply chain processes are efficient, well implemented, and globally aligned to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
What You’ll Be DoingEnsure alignment of supply chain processes across plants. Proactively map current processes and identify areas for improvement in the end-to-end supply chain (Service level agreements, material flows, ERP setup). Work with business unit & plant supply chain colleagues to develop, document, and execute strategies to support business objectives for sales, profit, and working capital. Support plant supply chain teams in deep diving & executing specific opportunities to meet KPI targets (OTD, Delinquency, Inventory, Sales, etc.). Facilitate multi-site customer escalations & recovery plans regarding on-time delivery and delinquencies. Perform ad hoc tasks where the perspective might be analytical/project-oriented and related to specific topics in supply chain and other functional areas. Willingness and ability to travel 10-20 days a year.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain — preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Additionally, you have:
Project & stakeholder management skills. Experience in high-performance environments where meeting challenging targets is part of the culture. Analytical skills and an eye for detail, as well as an independent and structured working style. Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Experience in building relations and cooperating across cultures and geography will be an advantage. Excellent English proficiency - oral and written.Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in an MRP environment. High proficiency in MS Office tools, SAP, and PowerBI.
