Navigate Complex International Landscapes: You'll be at the forefront of our global expansion, managing supplier relationships in key markets like China and India.. Your expertise in foreign markets, currency exchange, and international tariffs will be crucial in mitigating risks and maximizing value.
Drive Strategic Project Management: Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll spearhead complex, international supplier-related projects, from meticulous planning and execution to proactive risk mitigation within diverse global contexts.

8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or contracting, with a profound focus on global sourcing and a proven track record of managing international supplier relationships and supply chain operations across various regions.You've personally sourced international suppliers and handled end-to-end contract negotiations.Extensive and demonstrable expertise in all facets of strategic global sourcing, including deep understanding of foreign markets, diverse sectors, complex currency exchange mechanisms, and international tariffs. Proven leadership background with significant experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team in a global context.Strong project management experience, particularly in large-scale, international initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial environments, with direct experience or familiarity with materials like Casting (Shell Core, Green Sand), foundries, rubber compounds, and fasteners.Proven expertise in international contract management, encompassing the drafting, negotiation, and administration of agreements that transcend national borders.Highly skilled negotiator with a strong, verifiable track record of achieving successful outcomes and significant cost savings in global sourcing initiatives.Non-expired passport or the ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel. This role requires global mobility.
