We are hiring a Global Strategic Account Manager. The Global Strategic Account Manager be responsible for developing a global strategy for assigned key accounts that will defend current business, open new opportunities and secure FUJIFILM Biosciences position as a valued partner.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop a global strategy that will be rolled out to Bioproduction, Cell and Gene Therapy, Discovery Reserach and Wako sales team for assigned Strategic AccountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior level decision makers in Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Research & Development at all Strategic Account locationsLead and coordinate project teams between customer accounts and within multiple departments at FUJIFILM BiosciencesIntroduce, map, present and gain evaluation at targeted Strategic Accounts that have zero to low revenue with FUJIFILM BiosciencesAssist sales team in closing orders at their Strategic Account sitesCoordinate responses on client agreements, quoting activities and RFP’sForecast business accurately to the company as requiredGive feedback to inside personnel on changes in the marketplace and competitive information.Generate ideas for new products based on customer input and suggestions.Deliver and present monthly updates on strategic account activitiesConduct regular meetings with sales team members who have responsibilities with assigned Strategic AccountsWork within the expense guidelinesAssist with training of new sales personnelAdvise on optimal shipping methods.Attend tradeshows and participating in marketing efforts

Required Skills/Education:

Bachelor's degree (B. S. in a Life Science) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of sales or professional consulting experience within Life Sciences companiesHigh level of organizational skills in regards to planning, preparation, execution and follow upHigh level of interpersonal skillsExperience in consultative sales processAble to work flexibly within short deadlinesKnowledge of Life sciences marketExperience with supply chain, Quality Assurance and Regulatory requirementsMust be very fluent in the English language to interact with FUJIFILM Biosciences employees.

Salary and Benefits:

For California, the base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $161,200 annually. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.)Medical, Dental, VisionLife Insurance401kPaid Time Off
