Reporting to the GSA Turkey Manager, the Global Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share across large and strategic accounts while building long-term customer partnerships. This role plays a critical part in aligning customer needs with Videojet’s product and solution portfolio and ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
Location: İstanbul
Travel: This is a field-based role requiring travel 3–4 days per week across the assigned territory. Travel planning is flexible and managed independently in alignment with customer and business priorities.
In this role, a typical day will look like:Driving revenue growth and market share through strategic key account initiatives
Managing and growing relationships with large and existing customers, including competitive account penetration
Leading sales calls, customer meetings, and on-site engagements (Gemba)
Conducting product demonstrations, sampling, and customer training
Generating leads, managing opportunities end-to-end from enquiry to collection
Gathering customer feedback on product performance and identifying future business opportunities
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
The essential requirements of the job include:5–7 years of sales experience in industrial products or capital goods, managing key or strategic accounts
Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering background preferred (MBA is a plus, not mandatory)
Proven experience leading customer engagements from lead generation through deal closure and collections
Willingness to travel up to 3–4 days per week across the assigned territory
Valid driver’s license; own vehicle preferred for local travel
