Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Global Special Services Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting GSS Operations, Clients, and Agents. This role reports to the Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services Global Special Services (GSS) Senior Operations Manager with a primary function of supporting all Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services operations worldwide. This is a full-time position that includes a mandatory 180-day probationary period depending on job performance and operational needs. To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporate management and liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representation skills are required.
The GSS Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of assigned Projects, Agents, Contractors, resources, and logistics required to carry out worldwide operations. They will work with Clients to meet their strategic and tactical objectives. Global Special Services are ad-hoc, time-limited assignments requiring executive protection, secure transportation, asset protection, investigation, and special event security services.
DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Acting Project Manager for short-term detailsLiaise with Clients, assisting in the development and maintenance of relationshipsCreate and standardize Standard Operating Procedures and ProtocolsUtilize technology to support ad-hoc Client requirements such as tracking/monitoringWork directly with Client Managers and Executives for specific requirementsAssist in the planning and execution of global operationsAssist with global vendor development and managementLiaise with Clients on RFP’s and SOW’sProvide project information to finance including vendor invoices, Client rates, quotations, receipts, and any other details necessary for Client invoicingAssist with general company administrationAssist in the development and progression of Agent training standards and currencyObtain and maintain individual professional standards, licenses, and certificationsDuty Manager responsibility on a monthly rotational basis, monitoring ongoing operational progress and providing real-time updates to ClientsSome travel may be requiredMUST HAVES
