As the Global Sourcing Leader - Visual, you be responsible for leading the global sourcing, buying and supplier quality team as the business unit and industry sourcing expert. This will include driving key sourcing and buying initiatives for all business unit commodities. You will achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring customer satisfaction, driving cost, quality and OTD.
 

As a Global Sourcing Leader - Visual, you will be responsible for:

Defining, implementing and improving sourcing strategies for Visual Inspection globally.Leading supplier selection and development activities to develop optimal supply base.Partnering with IET Indirect Sourcing organization driving the indirect sourcing needs for Visual Inspection.Leading the Visual Inspection sourcing and buying function to success with focus on cost out, supplier OTD and other key KPIs helping to fuel the technical and commercial success.Working with cross functional teams, providing advice and guidance in sourcing/buying related assignments, processes and strategies.Leading risk management activities for the Visual BU and contract negotiations including Sole Source mitigation, T&C, VMI, SSA, payment terms and buying initiatives.Collaborating with the other Waygate BU Sourcing Leaders, IET Global Commodity and BU Leaders to leverage global spend and exchange best practices.Representing the Sourcing function within Visual Leadership meetings and key initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading sourcing teams.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $131,400.00 - $244,000.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
