The global social media team, part of Marketing and Communications, is expanding its headcount (staff and contingent worker) in BCG’s Delhi office. This role is to be the local team leader for those Delhi-based roles.


The Delhi hub supports the full breadth of activities undertaken by the global social media function, including copywriting and visual asset creation, channel management (uploading posts, monitoring user behavior), paid amplification and targeting, and analytics (performance measurement and insights). The scope of responsibility includes BCG’s corporate channels, our LinkedIn “showcase pages”, and the social media profiles of individual managing directors and partners.

You will be the principal point of contact for the functional team leads in London, Munich and other locations. You will train and coach the local team, allocate and prioritize resources, and oversee all output.



What You'll Bring

· Proven skills in writing and storytelling to create compelling social content: 5+ years experience in journalism or content marketing required.

· Good knowledge of social media, especially LinkedIn

· Experience of effective team management

· Expertise in visual content creation and/or working with creative colleagues; familiarity with Figma, video editing packages or Adobe suite a plus.

· Good grasp of BCG’s thought leadership agenda and employer branding positioning.

· Proficiency in using social analytics



Who You'll Work With

You’ll join our dynamic global Social Media team, based in London, Munich and the US, closely collaborating with functional leaders in paid social, priority campaigns, employee advocacy, and editorial. You will also partner with marketing leaders in our diverse practice areas, and in local/regional markets

· Excellent writing and storytelling skills, tailored for social media: a hands-on content creator with a visual eye—comfortable giving editorial direction to the team, or producing assets yourself.

· Building high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, juggling several tasks against tight deadlines.

· Thriving in a complex matrix: able to collaborate effectively with functional team leaders in global social media, and the wider M&C function.

· Engaging with BCG’s thought leadership agenda and employer brand positioning.

· Bringing an awareness of the external environment – news cycle, competitor actions – to our social output.

· Good knowledge of social media trends and technologies, including Generative AI

· Understanding web analytics and how data can inform strategy & performance
