What You'll Do

As the Finance Senior Analyst, you will work with the teams across Global Services to provide FP&A support to the stakeholders.

 

This role is ideal for a finance professional with a curious analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive impact through financial insights and operational improvements.

 

In this role, you will:

Run financial planning with the respective teams supported, as a part of broader BCG planning processOwn data input in the planning and forecasting systems, run required quality controlsContribute to the monthly reporting, planning, and forecasting processes with accuracy, speed, and insightDeliver forward-looking analysis and insights to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities in the areas supportedProvide ad-hoc analytical support for the stakeholdersBuild and maintain Excel-based financial models and toolsWork with finance operations teams to reconcile the data, provide input and streamline routine processes. Examples of the processes include: accruals, recharges, reclasses, reconciliations.Support the preparation of material for the leadership meetings and reviews

What You'll Bring

Master’s degree in finance/accounting/economics and/or an MBA is a plusA minimum of 5 years related finance experienceGood understanding & experience of working with finance systems (Oracle/SAP, BIR data universe, etc.)Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in ExcelExceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and influence senior stakeholdersDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues through thoughtful analysisSelf-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to add value and take ownership in a leadership-facing roleHighly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a passion for team-oriented workProven ability to build and manage relationships in a global, matrixed organization

Join the Global Services Finance team – a core part of BCG’s worldwide Finance function. 

 

The role reports into the Global Services Finance Senior Manager.

 

The Functional Finance Team is an integral part of the worldwide Finance organization providing insight supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide the decision-making process and provide strategic business partnering to the Functions. The team partners with BCG’s Global CFO and the Finance Leadership team, the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Operations Leadership Team (OLT) including leadership of our Global Functions, and local, regional & global finance colleagues across the organization.
