Global Seed Operations Continuous Improvement Intern

Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity to join our Professional Internship Program as a **Continuous Improvement Intern** for the summer of 2026. This position is part of the North America Continuous Improvement Team within Global Seed Operations. Our Internship Program is for individuals who are interested in developing their career within a dynamic, innovative, and globally recognized organization. An interest or aptitude in the agricultural industry is a plus, but not required. Positions are based at the Johnston, Iowa, Global Business Center. Interns typically are assigned 2-3 projects based on current business needs that can be completed within the summer months. As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within our organization. You will work closely with our Global Continuous Improvement team to support various projects aimed at increasing efficiency, supporting initiative owners, and enhancing overall performance. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about process optimization, data analysis, and change management. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist in analyzing current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. + Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. + Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of improvements. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. + Drive Project Management Hygiene across the region. + Help document procedures and maintain process improvement records. **What Skills You Need:** + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or adjacent discipline. + Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. + Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.000 on a 4.000 scale. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. + Availability to work from May through August 2026 in Johnston, IA Corteva Agriscience™ is an equal opportunity employer.
