**Global Security Operations Center Manager – Full Time – Plano, TX** **Wage:** $75,000-$95,000/YR **Reports To:** Regional Director of Security Operations **Job Summary:** The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager – Onsite is responsible for the onsite leadership, build-out, and daily operation of a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center. This role requires a hands-on security leader with proven experience establishing a GSOC from the ground up, managing onsite teams, and maintaining real-time operational oversight. The GSOC Manager will be physically present at the GSOC, providing direct supervision, incident command, and executive-level coordination during routine operations and critical events. **What We Have To Offer:** + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options. + Virtual Medical Appointments With Telemedicine. + Paid Time Off, Free Uniforms, Paid Training. & Weekly Pay!! + Employee Assistance Program. + DailyPay Access Program!! + Discounts On Childcare, Pet Daycare, Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel & So Much More! **Key Responsibilities:** **_GSOC Design, Build-Out & Onsite Readiness_** + Lead the onsite design and implementation of the GSOC from concept to full operational capability. + Define GSOC mission, scope, governance, KPIs, and service catalogue. + Develop and maintain onsite SOPs, escalation matrices, runbooks, and crisis playbooks. + Select, implement, and oversee onsite GSOC technologies, Including: + CCTV/VMS and alarm monitoring systems. + Access control platforms. + Incident and case management tools. + Threat intelligence and situational awareness platforms. **_Onsite Operations & Incident Command_** + Maintain daily onsite command and control of 24/7 GSOC operations. + Serve as incident commander during critical incidents, emergencies, and crises. + Provide real-time escalation, decision-making, and executive notifications. + Coordinate onsite and offsite response with security teams, facilities, IT, HR, Legal, and emergency services. + Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and after-action reviews. **_Onsite Leadership & Workplace Management_** + Recruit, train, and manage onsite GSOC analysts, supervisors, and shift leads. + Establish onsite shift schedules, staffing models, and coverage plans. + Conduct in-person coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions. + Build and sustain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence. **_Risk, Intelligence, & Compliance_** + Monitor and assess real-time global and regional threats impacting operations. + Produce onsite intelligence briefings, daily situation reports (SITREPs), and executive dashboards. + Ensure onsite GSOC operations comply with corporate policies, client requirements, and applicable standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, etc.). + Support onsite audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. + Identify opportunities to improve reporting, documentation workflows, and data accuracy. + Support cross-functional teams by providing timely and reliable information. + Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to finance and information management. **_Executive & Stakeholder Engagement_** + Serve as the onsite GSOC authority for senior leadership, clients, and visiting stakeholders. + Deliver in-person briefings during incidents and routine operational updates. + Support executive protection, travel risk monitoring, and major event security as required. **Competencies:** + Hands-on leadership and presence-driven management. + Crisis decision-making under pressure. + Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills. + Operational discipline and attention to detail. + High ethical standards and discretion. **With Or Without Reasonable Accommodation:** a candidate must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include: + Successful passage of background and reference checks, job related and controlled substance tests, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements. + Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations. + Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others. + Required adjusting schedule regularly and working hours necessary to meet operational needs. + Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. + Computer usage which may include prolonged periods of data entry. + Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information. **Basic Requirements:** + 18 years of age or older. + Standard computer / technology skills needed. + Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner. + All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. + Bachelor's Degree required. + Previous operations and team building from the ground up experience required. + Must have right to work in the US. + Minimum 3 years of checkable work / educational background required. + Must possess excellent interpersonal and communicational skills. + Must have excellent organizational skills. + Must have a pro-active approach and be a great problem solver. + Must have great attention to detail. + Must be a self- starter. **Qualifications:** **_Required_** + Minimum 5 years of experience managing a GSOC in an onsite 24/7 operational environment. + Demonstrated experience building a GSOC from the ground up including: + Physical GSOC facility design and setup. + Technology selection, installation, and integration. + SOP, playbook, and governance development. + Strong working knowledge of physical security systems, incident management, and crisis response. + Proven experience leading onsite teams in high availability environments. + Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and respond onsite during emergencies. **_Preferred_** + Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). + Certifications such as CPP, PSP, PCI, FEMA ICS (100/200/300/400), ISO 27001, or NIST related credentials. + Experience supporting critical infrastructure, data centers, or global enterprises. + Military, law enforcement, or intelligence background a plus.
