What You'll Do
You will be a key member of the BCG Global Security team.
Engage and gain expertise in the four workstreams defining the team’s key responsibilities: Incident response, Travel safety, Event security & Physical securitySupport the workstreams with their processes for managing security & safety within BCGLiaise with BCG offices worldwide to support elevating and maintaining their business resilience and security complianceOrganize, schedule and coordinate key Global Security programs with our stakeholder groupsContribute to the team’s continuous improvement, seeking to optimise and automate our processesBecome a significant contributor to one-or-more individual workstream programsCoordinate & schedule key program activitiesCreate and deliver media for training and exercisesKeep stakeholders updated on program activities, risks and issuesWork closely with vendors to maintain automated review process workflowsWork closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure that program-generated data is up to date and availableConduct research and risk assessments for threats affecting the different workstreams to inform crisis planning and decision-makingAct as an expert for one-or-more of the digital tools that the team utilizes to manage provide services to BCGSupport the creation and updating of regional threat and risk assessments

Your customers will be internal BCG employees who could be located anywhere across the globe, but the primary customer is our Spanish speaking South American offices. To deliver an exceptional service you will work with daily colleagues in your team as well as in the wider BCG community.
