In this remote position, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, Mexico, you will report directly to the Director of Sales, Luxury, Lifestyle Leisure , with a dotted line to the Regional Vice President, Global Sales LLL – Hyatt Sales Force. You will work closely with sales leaders across the LAC region to help deliver strategic goals, elevate client relationships, and support business development across Hyatt's global portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across three high-impact sales segments: Group Sales, TMC Consortia, and Luxury Lifestyle Leisure• Support development of strategic business and marketing plans
• Manage and generate sales reports
• Create and update marketing materials: Quarterly Business Reviews, client presentations, invitations to events, flyers, and event toolkits
• Maintain and optimize customer databases
• Assist in coordinating monthly team calls, cross-segment initiatives, and team connectivity
• Provide administrative and business support during travel and PTO periods of Directors and Managers
• Help HSF Directors and Managers in coordinating tradeshows, events, and in-market sales missions, in partnership with Marketing, Events, and other Hyatt teams
• Process group requests and RFPs and ensure 24-hour turnaround in lead handling
• Prepare reports on account production
• Participate in Hyatt Privé trainings and luxury account engagement efforts
• Ability to multitask and prioritize while supporting multiple stakeholders
• Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and billback tracking

- Be familiar with the luxury, lifestyle, corporate, or group sales segments.

- Work comfortably in a remote environment while collaborating with international stakeholders.
