Global Sales Coordinator
**Description:** In this remote position, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, Mexico, you will report directly to the Director of Sales, Luxury, Lifestyle & Leisure , with a dotted line to the Regional Vice President, Global Sales LLL – Hyatt Sales Force. You will work closely with sales leaders across the LAC region to help deliver strategic goals, elevate client relationships, and support business development across Hyatt's global portfolio. **Position Responsibilities:** **•** **Collaborate across** **three high-impact sales segments** **: Group Sales, TMC & Consortia, and Luxury Lifestyle & Leisure** **• Support development of strategic business and marketing plans** **• Manage and generate sales reports** **• Create and update marketing materials:** **Quarterly Business Reviews, client presentations, invitations to events, flyers, and event toolkits** **• Maintain and optimize customer databases** **• Assist in coordinating** **monthly team calls, cross-segment initiatives, and team connectivity** **• Provide** **administrative and business support** **during travel and PTO periods of Directors and Managers** **•** **Help HSF Directors and Managers in coordinating tradeshows, events, and in-market sales missions** **, in partnership with Marketing, Events, and other Hyatt teams** **• Process group requests and RFPs and ensure** **24-hour turnaround in lead handling** **• Prepare reports on account production** **• Participate in Hyatt Privé trainings and luxury account engagement efforts** • Ability to multitask and prioritize while supporting multiple stakeholders • Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and billback tracking **Position responsabilities / Essentials functions:** + Provide day-to-day support to Sales Managers and Directors in activities related to account management and business development. + Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts, events, and budgets, ensuring compliance with internal processes. + Assist in communicating Hyatt’s brand values and program benefits to clients and partners under the guidance of senior team members. + Prepare and consolidate feedback from the field to support decision-making by leadership. + Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and sales materials to support strategic initiatives. + Coordinate logistics for sales activities such as business trips, trade shows, FAM trips, client meetings, and internal events. + Help compile production reports and track key performance indicators, including Hyatt Privé revenue and account activity. + Support the organization of quarterly and annual account reviews, collecting relevant data and coordinating meeting materials. + Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Events, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of market activations. **Qualifications:** **Experience:** **- Have experience supporting global or multinational sales teams.** **- Manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently and with strong organizational skills.** **- Be familiar with the luxury, lifestyle, corporate, or group sales segments.** **- Create and update marketing materials** such as client presentations, QBRs, event invitations, and toolkits. **- Prepare and analyze sales and account production reports.** **- Work comfortably in a remote environment while collaborating with international stakeholders.** **- Coordinate tradeshows, events, and in-market sales missions with cross-functional teams.** **- Handle group requests and RFPs, ensuring fast turnaround times (within 24 hours).** **- Multitask and prioritize effectively while supporting multiple Directors and Managers.** **Education** - Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and/or related fields. **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations** - Must speak English: full professional proficiency or native - Must speak Spanish: full professional proficiency or native - Must speak Portuguese: full professional proficiency or native **Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job** - Excellent organizational skills - Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook - Tech-savvy: experience with Envision, Lanyon, Reserve, CVENT, Tableau, Cognos, Oracle, and TravelClick is a plus **Primary Location:** Brazil **Organization:** Global Office - Brazil **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Sales **Req ID:** BRA000174 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
