About The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, you will be the point lead with the GFA team in developing dashboards and analytics to support finance and the wider Global Nexis Solutions Team. You will aid in developing a global commission plan, own the sales annual target-setting process and ensure that it drives billings/revenue and remunerates success.
Responsibilities
· Enabling the Sales organization to exceed POS and Revenue targets through optimized sales incentive programs
· Supporting the execution of the sales operational plan, aligning activities ensuring plans are communicated, accepted, and understood
· Backing the development of incentive and variable compensation plans designed to drive appropriate behavior of sales professionals
· Partnering with Finance to ensure that all commission programs are effectively and accurately implemented to drive revenue
· Designing, maintaining and enhancing sales forecast reporting and analytics
· Focusing on driving integration of sales and marketing in salesforce.com, and complementary technology stack
Requirements
· Have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent experience
· Be able to work effectively under short deadlines in high-pressure situations
· Display excellent experience in sales operations, finance, or business analysis
· Demonstrate great experience in administering Salesforce.com
· Have excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
· Display solid business and financial acumen
· Have experience working in a highly complex matrixed environment
· Have solid problem solving, influencing, and relationship building skills
· Be able to think strategically and analytically
