We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Compliance Partner to support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks that mitigate risk and support ethical hiring of the world’s best talent. In this role, you will help ensure our recruiting processes align with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role will report to the Global Recruiting Compliance Leader and will partner closely with experts from recruiting, legal, privacy, Employee Relations, People Technology, and the global People organization. Join our team and help build and keep the extraordinary talent it takes to make extraordinary products! **Description** - Assist in implementing and maintaining recruiting compliance programs in accordance with local, regional, and international laws - Perform regular audits of recruiting systems and practices to identify potential compliance gaps and support corrective action - Identify trends in audit findings and recommend solutions to our Global Recruiting Compliance Leader - Deliver compliance-related guidance to recruiters and partner with other members of the recruiting team to develop trainings and communications - Maintain documentation of recruiting compliance processes, audit activities and policy updates - Serve as a compliance subject matter expert for recruiting partners across the company - Partner with Legal, people technology, privacy, and talent management to continuously improve the compliance of recruiting processes - Stay informed on evolving legal and regulatory developments that impact global hiring **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in compliance or legal roles + 2+ years of experience developing processes that operationalize compliance requirements + Experience writing policy and/or developing compliance and audit framework + Proven ability to manage projects in ambiguous environments and communicate complex regulatory matters clearly to non-experts **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational psychology, international business, or law + 5+ years of experience in compliance or legal roles + Certification(s) such as: Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt, Certified Process Design Professional (CODP), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), PHR or SPHR or similar + Experience working in a recruiting operations capacity + Experience working for a government contractor + Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating across international teams + Strong knowledge employment and labor laws and regulations related to recruiting (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, FCRA) + Deep understanding of privacy laws as they relate to recruiting (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, PIPL) + Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative settings with a commitment to ethical practices and proactive problem-solving **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
