The Global Real Estate Executive is accountable for developing and implementing a strategic account plan for our client’s Carolinas, Southeast, Southwest and India regions real estate portfolio totaling over 26M SF and over 2,630 sites. The GREE anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators and client initiatives including high profile large complex projects. The position will report to the Global Account Executive of the BAC account and sit on the Leadership Team.

What this job involves

Lead the Regions in executing the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring there is alignment with the COEs and client objectivesPartner with Regional Account Directors, COO, and Service Line Leaders to roll out strategic initiatives throughout regionsDrive the account plan to deliver high quality results which exceed the client’s expectationsProvide superior client service by building strong relationships and partnership with our main execution client and the 3 regional directors for seamless delivery of services across the managed portfolioOversee 2M SF India GBS portfolio, building strong relationships with the 2 main clients and our India Account DirectorOversee Global PMO leader responsible for large scale complex projects for client located across the portfolioFocus Regional ADs to contribute to all account cost save goalsUnderstand scope and manage delivery of integrated services to be provided, including transaction management, project management, lease administration, and other services as applicableRecognize opportunities for account growth, then articulate the value proposition and ensures its implementation across the platformBring to the organization any leading practices and/or innovations developed on the account that can be leveraged to expand JLL’s businessIdentify opportunities both on account and within professional network to generate additional revenue – engaging the right cross-functional resources to winIdentify risks and opportunities to management, and recommend strategies to achieve company goalsWork closely with ADs/HR to track internal and external bench, assess needs and fit, and manage HR requests such as YE Review, Talent Review, Promotions, and other corporate talent development initiativesEstablish defined Career Paths for ADs, and succession and growth planning conceptsAssist ADs ensuring training and developing JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practicesAdvance the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e. hiring, rotation and promotionComply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice

Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate managementStrong client focus and relationship management skillsInterpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clientsExperience working with a Financial Services Organization preferredKnowledge of BI & Data analyticsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clientsAbility to clearly state the vision of the department and our clients and then successfully translate that vision into executable stepsSolutions oriented to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and demonstrated ability to identify issues before they become problemsHighly organized with strong analytical skills including financial, scope, schedule, estimating and budgeting with an ability to balance with business acumen and strategyExcellent client influence and presentation skillsDetail oriented and strong organizational and written and oral communication skills

Estimated total compensation for this position:

220,000.00 – 260,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
