That’s why we need a Global Quality Manager like you. **What your responsibilities will be** + Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure its implementation in all the sites within Biopharma Business Unit + Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvement + Foster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites + Coordinate Global Change Controls + Coordintate global suppliers’ qualification and performance monitoring + Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems + Coordinate global Quality projects and initiatives + Coordinate global Quality working groups comprised by different key users of the sites of Biopharma + Perform oversight of Quality Systems and escalate risks detected to Senior Management + Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure it’s timely implementation + Continuous support to the Quality areas of Biopharma **Who you are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
