Global Program Manager – IT Hardware Asset, Managed Print, and IT Supplier Governance

The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for overseeing the global Managed Print Services (MPS) program, including strategic planning, performance monitoring through key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring service effectiveness. Additionally, the position manages the tracking and governance of IT hardware assets—such as PCs, network equipment, and servers—within ServiceNow, while maintaining a robust vendor management framework.

What You'll Work On:

Global Print and Asset Services

Collaborate with a selected global partner to assess current print requirements across 70+ countries and 550+ sites.Where MPS is not in service, determine print solutions as local sourced or MPS.Oversee Xerox as our global Managed Print Services vendor.Oversee Dell and associated LAR’s and regional VARs on Asset strategies for all Infrastructure Hardware.As needed, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with these vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.Manage the US budget for Managed Print Services, PC refresh.Monitor and control expenditures to ensure budget compliance.

Performance Monitoring:

Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with key stakeholders to ensure their print service needs and expectations are being met.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of print services.Direct accountability for Hardware and Print asset policies, strategies, training and SOP’s that maintain tracking and compliance.

Global Infrastructure supplier and Asset

Prepares supporting documentation for annual LRP planning, RCE scope submission.Drive consistent data governance processes and uphold the teams and sites to them.Perform or coordinate local audits with site leads, and other activities as needed, to ensure accuracy of portfolio data.Establish and manage process, procedures, and operations across participating sites to ensure accuracy of portfolio data.Collaborate with members Desktop Operations, Asset Management, and Projects Teams to provide data, ad hoc/routine reports and analysis as needed.Strong decision-making in the understanding of policies and procedures to achieve results, meet deadlines, and complete deliverables.Analyze and track the portfolio data using reporting from available data bases to inform trends, patterns, strategic direction, and cost efficiencies aligned to that data (capital, project expense, op ex requirements)Define data requirements to ensure continuous accuracy, governance, maintenance of current and future infrastructure assets.Support the development and issuance of reports, additional requirements and needs as directed.Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate team members.Attend meetings to report data related issues, requirements, challenges, and opportunities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or At least 7+ years of experience.10 years of IT experience with 7 years in Program Management in large or midsized global organization.Successfully managed project portfolio for Managed Print and or Asset Services, totaling $2.9 million annually or more.Proven experience and understanding of the complete software life cycle of MPS and Hardware lifecycle.Ability to collaborate with business leads, understand business processes and Data Management.Strong communication skills both verbal and written.Proven leadership skills, self-directed with strong work ethic.Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task across multiple programs successfully.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of business processes including MPS – ordering, tracking equipment’s, supporting end to end processes.

The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 – $222,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
