The Global Programs Director provides oversight and governance for CBRE facility management (FM), project construction management (PJM) services and program delivery. This includes oversight for work in all international markets beyond U.S. & Canada as well as for consulting and certain initiative work within the U.S. & Canada.
**Job Duties: Global Programs**
+ Assesses the Facilities Management, Project Management and other related needs of the client’s administrative areas outside the U.S. and recommends CBRE solutions.
+ Partners with CBRE’s overseas offices and affiliates, helps establish solutions and partnerships to meet client requirements. Builds relationships of trust with clients and forges strategic partnerships to support and enhance the capabilities of client partners to accelerate the pace and effectiveness in achieving client objectives.
+ Strategizes with CBRE key partners and client global Real Estate Transaction Management (TM) teams for opportunities to add value to the client’s global activities through integrated CBRE services.
+ Provides indirect supervision and management of CBRE account activities globally through oversight of and collaboration with affiliates to successfully meet joint objectives.
+ Collaborates with Church HQ and global Church and CBRE partners on process development, training and service integration leading to accomplishment of desired objectives.
+ Models behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and consistent with CBRE and client culture.
+ Provides accountability for and reporting to account leadership and to client HQ on the performance of global activities. Tracks CBRE deliverables on global FM and PJM engagements ensuring client milestones and expectations are met. Facilitates regular governance meetings with HQ clients and supports local governance meetings held in the supported Areas around the world.
**Job Duties: Other Program Governance**
+ Provides accountability for and reporting to account leadership and to client HQ on the performance of domestic activities and initiatives outside of the U.S. and Canada integrated facilities and project management (IFM) TM scopes of work, including strategic projects and consulting. CBRE’s global TM and IFM scope in the U.S. and Canada is governed separately.
+ Coordinates with client to specify needs and partners with CBRE Consulting or other CBRE business lines to bring the right resources to support initiatives.
+ Tracks consultant deliverables on engagements ensuring client milestones and expectations are met. Facilitates regular governance meetings.
**Requisite Experience:**
+ Possesses cultural awareness and empathy - understanding that the world works differently in other parts of the world from the way things work in the U.S.
+ Familiarity with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its organization
+ Ability to build strong relationships of trust and collaborative partnerships
+ Based in Salt Lake City, UT metropolitan area, working primarily remote with regular meetings at CBRE or client offices in Salt Lake City
+ 50% travel, primarily international is required
