The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our next-generation printer. This pivotal role will bridge product development, sales, and marketing, ensuring a successful product launch and sustained market impact. You will own the marketing strategy for the product, creating compelling narratives, delivering high-impact promotional content, and ensuring the commercial teams are fully equipped to position and sell the product effectively.
This role will be a hybrid role based out of our office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
In this role, the key responsibilities will include:
Product Launch Ownership; Develop launch roadmaps and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Marketing Content Creation; Coordinate the creation and rollout of all marketing assets including case studies, customer success stories, and product proof points through agencies and internal teams.
Campaign Execution; Collaborate with digital and content marketing teams to build product-specific social and promotional campaigns, that drive product presence across all channels.
Sales Enablement; Build comprehensive sales enablement toolkits: one-pagers, battle cards, objection handling, demos, and training that enable confidence in positioning and selling of the product.
Management of Global Marketing Team; Coach, develop and lead a team of x2 to achieve the agreed upon product launch timelines.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Willingness to travel to gather Voice-of-Customer feedback
At least 4 years experience in product marketing within a marketing agency setting or industry, with evidence of delivering great marketing results
Proven success in launching new products and managing cross-functional GTM initiatives.
Exceptional writing, storytelling and messaging skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
