What You'll Do

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for our Sitecore‑powered website and content/asset management. Manage development activities in a changing and agile environment including creating requirements for new features, maintaining security and managing risk, establishing and communicating priorities, performing UAT, and signing off on releases. Gather and document requirements from end users, stakeholders, and product teams. Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable tasks. Support workflow optimization and process improvements. Assist with testing, validation, and issue tracking across platforms. 

Sitecore suite platform stewardship 

Oversee website content updates, component setup, and webpage lifecycle activities. Troubleshoot login/content issues and coordinate with Sitecore support teams. Ensure adherence to risk and security guidelines, manage dependencies for platform and custom applications, and track and manage changes to platform and downstream implications. Adjust DAM set-up to meet the needs of AskBCG project by managing external vendor deliverables and regular collaboration with product, UX, and content management stakeholders. Create processes around newly established and expanding DAM operations including user and power user management, new and changing content asset requirements, workflow creation, and new upload templates. Review DAM asset workflow approvals for meta data quality. 

People leadership 

Recruit, onboard, and mentor 5-8 interns; define learning plans and manage projects and deliverables. Delegate well‑scoped tasks (content ops, QA, basic analysis) and provide structured feedback. Build a supportive learning environment and progress interns toward production‑ready or stakeholder-facing contributions. 

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in content management, business analysis, or digital platforms, preferably in an agile environment. Practical Sitecore experience (XMC/XP or Content Hub) in a BA capacity; understanding of admin activities, authoring experience, and workflows. Exposure to DAM systems and best practices (e.g., Sitecore Content Hub, Widen) including management of taxonomy and metadata, roles and permissions, and approval workflows. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to mentor or manage interns and junior team members with exceptional coaching and mentorship skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with good attention to detail, routine documentation, and well-practiced meeting facilitation. 

Nice-to-Have 

Proficient in agile methodologies.Basic html/css and other front-end development UI/UX knowledge
