The Role
As a Product Manager on the HP.com Digital Direct Experience team, you’ll lead initiatives that improve the customer journey across our global eCommerce platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes.What You’ll DoDefine and evolve product strategies that improve customer experience and business performance across HP.com.Translate customer insights, data, and business goals into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration using Agile methodologies.Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams to design and launch intuitive, performant, and accessible digital experiences.Own and optimize key performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, bounce rate, and revenue impact.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.What We’re Looking For3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, digital platforms, or consumer-facing web experiences.Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset; comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align diverse teams around a shared vision.Curiosity and critical thinking; you ask “why” before jumping to “how.”Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with platforms like Adobe Commerce, HCL Websphere, or headless CMS architectures.Experience with personalization, localization, or accessibility in digital products.Background in UX research, digital design, or web development.Exposure to tools like Fullstory, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Yield, or UserTesting.
