+ You have product marketing or product management experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging software, or related clinical software domains.
+ You have an ability to credibly engage in clinical conversations with radiologists, cardiologists, and 3D lab teams; understand clinical workflows, pain points, and decision drivers; and translate these into clear value messaging.
+ You have proven ability to rapidly learn complex clinical domains and build trust with KOLs and customers.
+ You have demonstrated experience developing needs‑based customer insights (VOC, segmentation, personas) and translating them into positioning, launch plans, and adoption programs.
+ You bring strong competitive intelligence capabilities, including building differentiation strategies, creating battlecards, and extracting win/loss insights to guide GTM and roadmap decisions.
+ You have experience leading global product launches (messaging, training, sales enablement, and cross‑market coordination).
+ You possess strong cross‑functional leadership without authority, collaborating with R&D, Clinical Science, Product, Regulatory/Quality, Program/Project teams, and Sales.
+ You have an ability to influence in a global, matrixed organization and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
**This role is an office role.**
**This role is not open to a relocation.**
